anybody else get these black blocks?

Am I the only one who gets these random black blocks in the bottom of my screen? I'm pretty sure it's a problem on my side but I didn't know where else to post about it

EDIT - im an idiot so you can move this to the support section, also noting that it has nothing to do with the thread I made about the OBS visual glitch, the black blocks still appear regardless
