For BG2EE, fix Project Image and Simulacrum

Very easy, really:

1. Make the spells cast by Project Image be spent
2. Keep either spell from using items

    Maybe this would be better posted in feature requests? I understand your angle though.

    3. Allow them to properly use triggers and contingency (replicas cannot use those spells)
