New variable - spell damage
I'd like to see multipliers to spell damage by damage type, all set to 1.0 by default. So all spells still do the damage they do now, *but* we can have abilities and items that affect damage. For example, Staff of Elemental Magic could give +15% elemental damage, -5% Magic Damage.
Could also have specialist mage sub-types; elemental mages getting bonus damage to chosen elements at certain level, clerics getting bonuses to damage based on items/kits, etc.
