Proficiencies Cut Off

Nothing major, but I've run into an issue where Proficiencies don't scroll all the way to the bottom if you start the game in window mode. The info is still there, but I have to click and drag it into view.

I've tested in scaled and non-scaled with the default window size. This only happens when I start the game in windowed mode, and it doesn't go away if I switch to full screen.
