[Bug] Guards stay hostile even after raising your rep.

I've only tested in Nashkel, but if you rep drops low enough to cause the guards to go hostile they will stay hostile forever. Raising your rep back to respectable levels does absolutely nothing in this regard. This behavior afffects all the guards you have met, and "turned" hostile.

    Kill them all, and then raise your Rep back again. Drop a fireball on a couple of kids, more guards chase you, raise your rep. Rinse and repeat
