Does Mix Alignment Affect Recruiting NPCs?

So me and 3 other friends are going to play together. We were considering going all evil because one of my friends wants to be a Blackguard. However, I do know that the game tends to lean more towards good alignment. I also know that some NPCs cannot be in the same party if they are opposing alignments. Our objective is to get as much XP as possible, so that means completing all quests, some of which are offered by recruiting NPCs.

SO my question is, if my friends and I have mix alignments (i'm a lawful good monk while one friend is a chaotic evil blackguard), will a good aligned NPC refuse to join the party/leave the party because of my blackguard friend?

    Nope. NPCs do not leave because of the alignment of other characters. They will only leave if your reputation exceeds their tolerable range (1-18 for evil NPCs, 2-20 for neutral NPCs, and 3-20 for good NPCs) or if they have a scripted conflict with another NPC.
