[Bugs?] Problems with map markers [v1.0.2028]

Some of the time I can't delete custom map markers or change their colors. Secondly, it seems that pressing backspace once wipes two letters instead of one while editing the name of a marker. Has anyone else experienced something like this?

    I did notice some problems with map markers in multiplayer a while ago:
    If both players enter nodes on the map the player that entered the node first (I think) the name changes to Invalid 3000000, Invalid 30000001 etc. The same goes for user journal entries.

    Save problem as djc with 1.2 patch, is there any solution or fix for this?
