Alternate NPC Portraits (Gender Bending and Underdark morph)

Hello everyone.
This is a request for something which I saw on BiG World Setup, there's a mod which apparently changes the portraits of your NPCs to Drow versions when you go to the Underdark in BG2.
I thought this could also apply to the Gender Bender girdle, imagine how they would look.
A couple of hue/saturation filters can easily do the job for the Drow portraits, but for the alternate gender portraits there would have to be more advanced editing.
