No sliders at import portrait section

Heya,

So I have decided on a new run in celebration to the BGEE2 coming out on november. But there are no sliders in the import portrait section. Is this a common bug? I have tried reinstalling but there are no differences.

Any fix to this problem? And if this has been discussed before I couldn't find it. If that is the case please forgive the double post.
