Icewind Dale 2 - Multiplayer Character Model Bug

I'm trying to start up my first ever Icewind Dale 2 Multiplayer Game with a friend of mine. We have a strange issue where some of our "shorties" are displaying the wrong model when we make them.

For example, my female halfling is showing up as a male halfling. My friend's male halfling is showing up as a male dwarf. Only these two characters are having the issue, and deleting them/remaking them, doesn't seem to fix it. The other character seem to be perfectly fine.

Ironically, they still have their proper gender voice sets and otherwise function correctly. I chose the left three slots for my characters, and the bottom one on the left is the one giving me trouble. He chose the right three and the top right one is giving him trouble.

Any thoughts? Has this happened before? Is this a common issue? Thanks!

    I think you have better chance to find a solution on GOG forums for icewind dale.

    Possible, though this has become my go too place for all things D&D :)
