Silly question about when the Beta is done.

in The Road to v1.2
I notice that the regular version and the beta version are in 2 separate folders. When the beta is over and the patch is released will it all combine into one game folder or will I have to re-download the patch to the original folder and delete the beta one?

Not a super big deal, but I ask because I plan on modding the game when the patch is officially released.

    I would assume that you will patch the original and have to delete the beta, that seems the most logical solution. I'm not sure how the files would combine (into their ultimate form!)
