Neera isn't at the Friendly arm after I save her?

I saved Neera and told her I didn't need her. She told me she'd be at the friendly arm, but after going there, I couldn't find her anywhere. Has anyone else encountered this, or able to confirm she isn't there? Or maybe she shows up at a later point in the game? I dunno...
