I think I see the confusion.

"I have purchased the game directly through Beamdog for [Windows or Mac]."

The part in brackets is where you're supposed to say which version you purchased. If you don't specify, we don't know which version to give you.

Dee, Just for being able to work with some of my favorite titles of all time-your reputation went to 20 all at once!

I wish that if they eventually put out another title, I'll get a chance to beta test it. Just once for fun
