Customizable UI like in IWD2

I was thinking if it is possible to create customizable UI like in IWD2. There was possible to add/remove buttons in bottom part of UI. This feature resulted to state, where every char in party had it's own customized command line.

    Bump for this, I want more slots to put spells on my mages.

    Me too. We definitely need more spell slots for our casters.
