Djinn teleports into arena above Baeloth bug

Hey guys.
So, I tried to find a thread for this bug but didn't find any. If I did a bad search please let me know.

Behaviour:
Djinn teleports into arena (center of arena) with party.

Expected:
Djinn should not come into arena.

Additional info:
This happened in several fights but was worse during baeloth fight since he teleport above Baeloth and I couldn't target him. The game ended as expected (djinn comes, asks to take you out and off you go...)
In arena djinn acts as if he is on the restroom (talk to him and ask to rest)
