Picking up loot breaks invisibility

Current behaviour
Invisible/hidden characters turn visible when stepping on pickable items.

Expected behaviour
Invisible/hidden characters shall remain invisible when stepping on pickable items.

Discovered that an invisible or hidden in shadows character turn visible when picking up loot from the ground. The invisibility breaks when the character steps on the loot pile.

This is intended behavior. If you click on the pile you are performing an action that would break stealth. If you want to simply stand on the pile, right-click the pile instead of clicking on it and it will not break stealth.

Ok, don't see the logic behind it though. Don't count picking up items as a hostile action.

But ok, it is not a bug, but as it should be.

It seems kind of arbitrary what counts as an action. If simply bending down and picking something up is an action that breaks stealth, I don't see why putting one foot in front of the other and walking isn't.

Well the spell description does say "Items picked up disappear if tucked into the clothing or pouches worn by the creature", so I can see why someone would think that picking up loot shouldn't break invisibility.

I've also notice a couple other inconsistencies in the description:

"The caster cannot perform any actions that manipulate the environment around him such as opening doors, disarming a trap, or opening a chest" - disarming a trap does not break invisibility.

"The caster can, however, cast defensive spells on himself and fellow party members" - casting defensive spells on other party members does break invisibility.

It has more to do with the definition of a container in-game. Opening a container breaks invisibility; loot on the ground is a container; ergo, looting the ground breaks invisibility.

It's the sort of thing that we couldn't really change even if we wanted to, because it's so fundamental to the engine. So looting the ground has to be treated the same as opening a chest or bookcase, because as far as the game is concerned, it is the same.
