(bug) Training in Candlekeep with Jondalar and Erik

After creating a new character and engaging Jondalar for conversation in Candlekeep he'll ask you to train with him and Erik will appear behind you and they'll both attack you. You have to hit Jondalar once and he'll say you did good and leave together with Erik.

All went well and good but a candlekeep guard also started attacking Jondalar when he was close while Jondalar turned aggressive for the purpose of the training session.

Expected behaviour: This is the training session of my character, not of the guard!! haha :b (The guard should never have attacked Jondalar)
