[Bug] I started the tutorial as a shapeshifter druid and was given a weapon I can't equip

I started playing the tutorial as a shapeshifter druid, and I was given a Wakizashi by Belt to equip. However, I apparently can't equip it, and so the tutorial never progresses. Belt tells me to equip the unequipable weapon. I've attached a save.
