Cutscenes behaved strange after my party died

My party died in the Black Pits. After death animation finished, two other animations started immediately: Nietzsche's quote and BGEE intro with Sarevok. I was unable to cancel them, they just played until the end. After they finished, I found myself inside BGEE menu, not the Black Pits one.
