New Patch, Saved Games Disappeared

So after I applied the 1.2 patch, I redownloaded my mods, installed them, opened up the game, and discovered that all of my saved games, all of my custom portraits, and all of my exported character files have disappeared. They don't show up in game and they no longer seem to exist on my computer. Is there any way to recover these?

Note: The Folder in my Documents Library seems to have saved my Black Pits and Multiplayer saved games, as well as my screenshots. Just none of the character files or saved games.

    Yeah, this got addressed in another thread that popped up in General, so this thread can be ignored.
