Imoen Inventory Bug after Patch

in BG:EE Bugs (v1.2)
Getting tons of errors when trying to access Imoens bag.

Following error occurs:
".\sql_compiler.c(566): (Overflow) Can't add Table: Number of tables(256) greater than or equal to the maximum number(256)."

Followed by:
".\sql_compiler.c(815): [Not Exists] Table 'HPROG' does not exist."

    Same thing happens when trying to access Montarons inventory, opening NPC character screens or trying to move an item from one of them to the others. The game is unplayable at this point.

    Do you have any mods installed?

    Aye, I did have some installed prior to the update. I guess they are interfering?

    Alright, will do. By the way, the patch also removed Neera's immunity to dying - now she's getting killed every time I try to recruit her..

    Currently playing with Shadowdancer and Imoen, she managed to cast sleep on the two guards but got hit by one of the mages spell. 5 damage was enough to kill her.
