The old style Custom Portrait selection

Is it possible to bring it back? Since I liked the Icewind Dale style of portraits more where the Medium (and Large) are more a full body shot and the small one is cropped to the face... With the style it uses only one picture and resizes it.

Edit: Didn't notice the option to choose separate small portrait at the bottom, wasn't looking at the text, just it resizing my selected portait.
