Which are the changes with the new patch?

I recall you could read the changes of the last patch every time you started BG:EE. Now I can't, I still get last patch's changes... Is there no list this time?

I don't see why looking under the "News" forums instead of under General Discussion is difficult. :P

I think he was refering to having to look on a forum at all since the launcher notes weren't updated when the patch came out. But they are now.
