where does my party member go when i take Dorn?

If I kick out a person to take Dorn after killing Senjak where does that person go?

    should still be sitting in the ambush area between Nashkel and the mines.

    and I can go to that ambush area anytime?

    what if I reject Dorn? will he go to friendly arm inn?

    You can retrieve them.

    Just travel back and forth between Nashkel and the mines. When you get another ambush your companion will still be there and you can have them rejoin the party.
