BGEE Launcher stops working when updating

I don't know if this is the right spot for it but as soon as I try to get the update for BGEE, I get to the download section and the program immediately stops working and basically goes to desktop. I am running windows 7 32 bit and when I originally got the game I have had no problems, until the new patch. Any help will be appreciated. If there are any files I need to send, you will need to tell me where to find them. Thanks
