Patch 1.2 Black Pits crash

I just fought the Ice Salamander group in the Black Pits with the pre-generated party. I won the battle and Baeloth ported in as he does in every fight, however some ice-ball was shot towards my party out of nowhere, and as it hit, it crashed the game.
