[v1.2.0] Importing a Character wipes Bhaalspawn Abiltities

Hey all, I just noticed this yesterday. Previously if you re-imported an exported character they kept all the Bhaalspawn abilities they had gained before you exported them. Now when you import a character it wipes the slate clean, as it were. Is this a bug or an intentional change?
