Question about the UI transparency.

With NI & TCEP, exists a way to remove the transparency of the bottom panel ?

    Same question. On all screenshots I see a solid panel in the bottom of the screen. But in my case there is no panel, only a transparent logging window. This transparency looks very restless. And its very inconsistent, this mixing of game and GUI in compare to the other GUI-Elements...

    Where I can it turn of (like all screenshots I saw...)?
