How to open scroll bag?

in New Players (NO SPOILERS!)
whenever I press 'open container' I end up in my inventory. Only in a shop I can open my container and see all the scrolls. But I cannot use them other than sell (if a shop wants scrolls). So what am I doing wrong?

    Sounds like a bug of some sorts, but I've never had any issues opening the Scroll Case myself. Have you tried double-clicking on it instead of using "Open Container"?

    thanks for the answer. In the mean time I found a workaround in the known bugs section.
