Kagain: Upon Kagain giving up, the quest disappears from the Journal.

Is this intended behaviour or is it a bug?
It should not be intended because things disappearing is just not normal. There should be some closure such as quest being marked as completed with perhaps text saying "Kagain just gave up and cares no more".
