need idiot-proof guide to install SCS on Mac OS for the love of Ilmater

I spent the last three hours trying to install SCS on Mac OS.

Call me complete idiot if you will, but all the scattered links on Modding or Mac forums are not useful.

Can someone please for the love of Lathander and Ilmater post an idiot-proof guide to install SCS on Mac OS that goes like:

1. obtain file < foo > from link

...

7. change read permission of folder < foobar >

...

47. copy file < foo123 > to folder < foofoofoo >

...

834. run < foopullyourhair > at directory < fooooo >

etc.
