Unidentified Item description

Hi,
Problem[OS: WindowsXP, Language: German, Version: 1.2] :
If you got an unidentified item the hint that this item is unidentified is still in english.
Solution:
The hint should be in the language you used the game.
BTW:
It seems to me, that sometimes - even if you don't identified an item - the item description is partly shown ( e.G. curved dagger +2 )
