Flooding the mine in the cloakwood....

I got the key but cant figure out how to flood the mine.....help.

    Talk to the miner standing outside the plug at the first level of the mine

    Make sure that you talk to Rill in the prisons on the lower floor if you want to avoid a -2 Rep hit though. You need to give him some money to allow all the miners to escape.

    Conversely, make sure you ignore him or blow him off if you DO want to flood the mines without giving anyone a heads up. But who would do such a thing? Certainly not me.
