BGEE 1.1 + Tweaks, now V1.2...

in General Discussion (Spoiler Warning!)
Through steam I automatically got the 1.2 update... that is fine i guess but the playthrough I was playing through was based on the old version and tweaked from G3 with the tweakpack...

So how do I/can I proceed.....???

DO I need to find a way to create a clean install? Do I need to rerun tweaks maybe?
Or can I just play as is and hope for the best? LOL

    Think the install will simply clear out any mods so hopefully you can just continue on :)

    Unfortunately the whole think broke....so I am going to try to uninstall it and reinstall...which might break it worse.
    I blame steam for their DRM madness. What a way to break/ruin a game.

    Just save your savegames, delete it and re-install. Hopefully you don't have to start over!

    On a different topic, one huge advantage with the beamdog version is that you can have separate installs, so I had one modded pre-patch install, one clean 1.2 beta install and one modded 1.2 beta install, and could try out all the testing in all different installations, as they still shared saves

    gonna start over...kinda figured it out...but I was trying some new tweaks
