Patch 1.2 and mods

I don't use very many mods at all, just BG2Tweaks and the Neera dialogue expansion.

But, I have noticed that since patch 1.2, both toss out a ton of errors, making any(?) component impossible to install.

Will mods need to be updated to work with BGEE1.2, or am I just missing something?

I'm super embarrassed, I had Steam revalidate the game files, then reinstalled and things worked just fine.
