Chat bug

I have posted it in "Patch 1.2 topic" but it disapeared between other posts, so i will paste it here.
"I have found small bug. I usually play with chat set for 1 line. I expand it only after fight. And i have to expand it two times and minimalize one to see more than this one line of text. In my opinion I should be able to expand chat once to see last 5 lines and second to see 10 lines. "
Anyone have the same or found fix for it? It's a bit frustrating, since you are using chat through all the game.
