Strange behavior when creating characters in Black Pits

Start the game, select Black Pits, and Single Player and New Game. From Create Party screen, delete all six characters. Now hit Create to make a new character. Now click Cancel. You are returned to the previous screen, but now all the six deleted characters are there again.

Also, if you select Black Pits, Single Player, New Game, and then press Cancel, you go back two screens, not just one, to the selection of Single Player rather than New Game menu, which you would expect.

Also, while not a bug, if you have created party members, and then hit "Back", the game should definitely ask for confirmation whether or not you really want to cancel and lose all the created characters. Currently it just immediately returns to previous menu and throws all characters away.
