Mouse scrolling speeds in need of a readjustment?

I'm playing on PC, 1920 x 1080, fullscreen. I consider the current scale of mouse scrolling speeds to be in need of tweaking: the highest setting is still a bit too slow for my taste, and the lowest setting makes me wonder, why would anyone ever have a need to use it. Anyone else feeling a need for a speed boost?
