Text Scroll Bug in Journal and Biography

Expected Behavior: When writing a Journal or Biography entry, the text-window will scroll down when you write to the bottom of it.

Encountered Behavior: Text-window does not scroll down with writing, and cannot be scrolled down using the scroll bar or device commands(scroll wheel on mouse, down arrow on keyboard, ect). Seems to be only an "edit" issue(meaning when reading the entry after leaving "edit" mode, the scroll works fine).
