Bug? My avenger can't use twinkle?

I don't know if this is a bug, or a typo, or me being stupid, but my avenger can't use drizzit's scimitar twinkle, and the only alignments it lists as not being able to use it are all the evils, chaotic and lawful neutral, but not true neutral.     Neutral on the Good/Evil axis is disabled in the item's game file, so it's only usable by Good characters. Since it can only be used by those who are "pure of heart," it kind of makes sense that Neutral and Evil characters can't use it.

    That makes sense, but they should have true neutral labeled in the item description as well.

    In the latest patch (1.2), True Neutral is on that list.
