Quickly transfer items between Inventory and the Ground

It would be nice to have a command that lets us quickly transfer items between the Inventory and the Ground (And vice versa). Commands such as Ctrl & Left Click, or Shift & Left Click would work well for this purpose.
The reason I ask for this is that you may end up picking up a lot of items that in the long run end up being completely worthless and it's a pain getting rid of them in the current version of the game.
For example I picked up 6 tainted ore nuggets in the Nashkel Mines thinking they'd be useful, it seems as though they aren't useful for anything and so I had to ditch them all with an excessive amount of mouse movement per item ditched.
