Zoom lock cutscenes to gameplay setting

Can we lock the camera at the current gameplay setting for cutscenes please?
I zoom out fully during gameplay so it looks prettier - to have it zoom in for cutscenes is undesirable and doesn't show the game at its best

ps. After 1.2 patch, area transitions still don't lock the zoom properly- I start fully zoomed out, transition, and then it zooms back in by one 'mouse scroll' worth.
