[1.2] Nashkel Storekeep stopped selling and buying

After raiding the Sword Coast me and my homeboy Rasaad decided to visit Nashkel Store. To our surprise we couldn't buy or sell anything. Save attached.

    Did you or any of your homeboys try to steal anything? I've had the same thing happen to me after failing to steal.

    Stealing may indeed have something to do with this problem. That sleazy bard, Garrick, may had tried to shove a Large Shield +1 to his pocket earlier in the game. There were many guards and lots of running that day.

    Yep, stealing causes the problem. I tried stealing stuff at Nashkel Carneval, same thing happened.
