Bg2 stronghold question-cheating

I've never tried this before, but I need advice on cheating so I can play all the strongholds.
I ask because I want to play all the strongholds without rerolling new characters for each one.

Is there a mod that lets you access all of them no matter your class?

If I use shadow keeper to change my alignment and class can I have multiple strongholds?

I know it is cheating, but I have two kids. I have to maximize my game-time, and in the past decade I never got around to half of those strongholds. Thanks!

    BG2Tweaks has an option for unlocking all strongholds

    Would you still have to play three different games to get all three temple strongholds?

    I wonder that too. I guess you can save your game just before picking one. Then use shadow keeper to change your kit and alignment. Make three new saves and play them all.
