Purchase problems

I'm trying to make my pre-order, however everytime i send my Credit card data the site display an error message:
"We were unable to process your credit card.: Error creating profile: Customer information failed data validation, Unaccepted card type
Invalid Card Number"
I'm sure i'm using the correct informations, the purchase option don't let me specific which credit card i'm using (visa or mastercard) and i'm really lost in this process, can someone give a hand here? @Dee i doubt you're the responsible of these kind of issues (you have a lot already in hand) but maybe you could direct this request to someone that is able to solve the problem, today if possible.
