importing my character

in General Discussion (Spoiler Warning!)
I use the stand alone install for bg2ee but I can't find the place to put my files to transfer my character like the
instruction say.

anyone can help me?

    It would have been nice for BG2EE to auto-detect BGEE saves, but anyway:

    You need to copy your save to "Documents/Baldur's Gate II - Enhanced Edition/save" (if there is no such folder yet, create it). Then, in-game, create a new character and press "Import" > "From Save"

    Yeah, I'm honestly a little astonished it was not made a simple one-click-to-import in the EE. It's not a deal-breaker for me, and I remain generally positive about the EE, but I'm a little disappointed such an obvious feature wasn't put in.

    Thank you, it was so obvious I forget to put the save folder first, anyway thank you for the help guys and sorry to bother for so little.
