BG2EE Manuals, printer friendly versions?

Given the lack of a BG2EE-specific forum, posting this here....
Earlier today I found links to the BG2EE manuals and downloaded them. They were not printer-friendly. However, I can't seem to find that page again, to see if some printer-friendly manuals have been posted. Have they been removed? Are there printer-friendly versions elsewhere? Am I completely mentally deficient?
