BG2 Collectors edition shops.

I used to add the 2 shops that came with the collectors edition but it has been so long ago I forgot how. Are these 2 shops already added in the EE edition? If not, does anyone know how I can add them? The gear available from those 2 vendors gave me something to look forward to when I aquired the gold to buy it.
