BGEE/BG2EE portrait can't be customized

There is no "custom" button for portrait. (see screenshot above)

I have the problem both in BGEE and in BG2EE.

I'm under windows 8. My friend is under windows 7 and has no problem.

    You need to put some portraits into your custom portrait directory before the button will show up.

    The custom portraits directory is now located in:

    My Documents/Baldur's Gate II - Enhanced Edition/portraits/

    Create the folder if it doesn't exist, and place your portraits in there. :)

    Oh. I feel retarded now. Thanks !

    Do you know where I can find the BGEE portraits ? There's a bug right now (I reported it in BG2EE section) that prevents me from having the BGEE pack portraits when I import a character in BG2EE. So I figured I might just customize it using the original portrait.

    Same problem, here. My portrait from my BG1 character isn't showing up in BG2. I really want to keep the same portrait. What's the deal?
