Could you tell me : How to slow down BG II's walking speed?

I remember I could change the speed of the game ten years ago, but how can I change speed of BG II Enhanced Edition?

    Open baldur.ini and look for a line that says "Maximum Frame Rate." The default is 30; decrease the number to lower the speed.

    Could you tell me how to change Portrait into my own picture?

    Go to Documents\Baldur's Gate II - Enhanced Edition and create a folder called "Portraits" if it doesn't exist. Then add your picture in BMP format. You can then select the picture when you create a new character (a "Custom" button will appear below the official portraits). 210x330 is a good size.
